As much as I dislike reddit, there’s still a ton of knowledge trapped there.

Technically it’s still accessible through meta search engines that use Google as well, but obviously this is still using Google.
I’ve been liking SearXNG so far, although it does require some configuration to make it more than just a front-end to Google, since that’s the default behavior. Bit that’s just a matter of going into the configuration and turning on whatever other search engines you want it to use.
