    I mean places that regularly flood or are destroyed by tornados should be more expensive to live in and insure. It makes no sense for whole cities to need to be rebuilt near yearly.

    Regulators refusing to regulate in red states are allowing the rates in their jurisdiction to rise the fastest. Nothing surprising there. Right wing ideology is expensive.
