  I always thought it was weird how the characters had high poly heads but super low poly bodies during cut scenes.

    And the new high polyheads look quite a bit worse. Tidus would look right at home in Team America in the remaster.

  I don’t think I would have noticed the differences honestly if it weren’t a side by side comparison. I do think sometimes the original looks better. Just depends on the shot, the upgrade models look better sometimes, and othertimes not. One thing I did find a little odd is they changed the shape of Tidus’ face in the HD remaster.

  I enjoyed playing through the remaster on PC. But after 100%ing the game, any time I’ve felt like playing it I just end up running the international version in an emulator.
