Americans don't realize that their view of the world is American.
It's been causing problems for American blacks who subscribe to a particular ideology a lot lately as they comment on the rest of the world and are shocked to get pushback because their viewpoint has nothing to do with the rest of the world and comes off as kind of offensive.
