This post is straight up racist. As a small business person, if I placed an equally discriminatory job ad, I am sure I would be fined or sued.

Yeah.
If we're supposed to speak up against racism, the first target should be explicit discrimination, not deep lore if you're familiar with the last 400 years of theory then if you stick your tongue out just right it's definitely maybe racism probably.
