I don't run anything but black dark modes. It's nicer on the eye at night, and it looks amazing on OLED. But some people want light themes. A couple versions ago, lotide's default css changed to respect the browsers preference, so it contains both light mode and dark mode color settings.
With the latest release of lotide, I took advantage of this in my fbxl lotide css so people get the site they want.
