This has nothing to do with seniority or quality of work. It is now all about skin color.

People act outraged saying there's a racism problem, but they would have acted outraged in Nazi Germany if you stuck up for the Jews, and they would have acted outraged in the Jim crow south if you stuck up for the blacks. Being outraged doesn't mean you're in the right.
