Not sure this is constitutional, but fuck it -- sounds like a good thing for the world to get rid of these rich old idiots who are more interested in "building their legacy" than doing good work making life better for people.

Setting trade restrictions was not a constitutional fight so far
Congress passes regulations against blacklisting on disability/gender/race basis. Would regulating blacklisting on ESG basis be different ?
