That's why most ladies (trans or not) do their intimate shaving in the tub.
Even other hair, that's why it is nicer to go to a hair salon than a barber shop, since it doesn't matter how well they drape you in the barbershop, you're going to have hair debris on your body. So you generally need to bathe and change clothes after going to the barbershop.
Now, if they mean hairs they missed shaving, well they just need to do it more often than needed so that if they miss a few one time, they will get them the next time, even if there are no other places that need it.
