I'm not going to pretend to know what will happen. Elon seems confident they will have to give their bot data.

Twitter firing a bunch of people before closing the deal is trash though. That alone should invalidate the deal IMO.

  Maybe the court/judge is in their pocket, and Musk & co will have to win on appeals... ? Kind of like how the Bay area courts are all in the pocket of big tech
