  Maybe a way to troll the vaxed sheep would be to offer to pay them $1000 or whatever to shoot heroin. Bombard them with "research" showing heroin to be a good thing, and threaten to wreck their livelihood if they don't just shoot up 1-4 times. "Come on? Why be a self-righteous holdout? All your friends have taken heroin."
