I deleted my twitter account as soon as he said the deal was over. I'll promote gab and truthsocial as mainstream alternatives. truth social has the potential to be used by grandma.

Architecture of each S media is so damn good, you really do NEED big ones in each category:
Twitter: Interact w Celebs and millions. Concise dopamine hits. Millions of concentrated thoughts
Youtube: Make/Watch TV shows without a big budget or staff/studio.
Facebook: Find old friends. Find/Create events. Marketplace. Old family members still WhatsApp
Reddit: Enormous library of user created content sorted by categories. Used to have open discussion
TikTok: Short videos with algorithm to give you a stream of interesting content
Instagram: Sluts taking photos. Thirsty dudes jacking off.

Youtube's got plenty competition, their monopoly will fall quickest.
Twitter has competition, but millions of followers is an advantage they are slowly bleeding. Maybe 5 years.
Facebook will be around for 1 or 2 decades, since many old contacts there. Gramma and Gramps around the world need to move to Truth Social/Gab. That will take a LONG time.
Reddit... my favorite. I really think Wolfballs is on the right path. Haven't seen other good alternatives. Discord is not the same thing. I don't know if or when Reddit will be replaced. Shame
