I smell a puff piece. Someone is real angry.

Emad has a history of lying his ass off and grifting. I wouldn’t trust a word out of his mouth. He basically stole the StabilityAI company from the original creator by convincing him it had little value, meanwhile he was courting investors to buy StabilityAI by exaggerating the capabilities that didn’t exist.
He also used company funds to pay for his luxury apartment in London, and then tried to claim it was a accident and he would pay it back after he was caught.
He directed StabilityAI employees to take over control of the Stable Diffusion sub reddit and kicked the creator of main mod, who was a Dutch teenager.
There are too many alleged and confirmed incidents of his dishonest behavior to list them all here, but the most telling for me was when SD1.5 way released without StabilityAI’s knowledge by RunwayML, who actually developed Stable Diffusion and thought they were working in an open partnership with Stability.
There’s so much more drama surrounding Emad than what’s in this Wikipedia article, but it hits some of the major issues. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emad_Mostaque

I’m well aware, this is just his side of the story. Thanks for collecting all of this.
I still remember after the community on Reddit kicked SAI employees out, he tried to downplay it at some event they were having.

He acknowledges he was not good with business then why cling to power for so long? Stick to what you do well and delegate the rest.

He talks about delegating as well I think,
