He had time to think long and hard. He will hang 100%, but its his decision. He was willing to die, serving in the military.
Minimised casualties by not using a simple pipe bomb, which would hit target 100% but kill many, instead using an inaccurate gun to reduce bystander deaths
So, not a publicity nutcase like July 4 or Uvalde shooters. I would like to understand his reason more.
