First, I’m glad you shared it, because that’s a cool thing to do.
Second, damn, the writer is a bit bonkers. Like, I’m known for being long winded, but that was a long piece to end up having said “instant coffee isn’t great, but it’s easy, and that’s important too.”
Their editor needs to have a cup of coffee and pay attention lol.
