Yeah you can't get Iron from breastmilk. Its very hard to absorb plant form iron.
Also vegan foods contain large amounts of seeds. Seeds have anti nutrients. They prevent you from absorbing nutrients in other foods. Cooking helps remove lots of it. Raw Vegans don't cook their food.
They will feed their babies seed milks and all that does is make it impossible for the baby to absorb the nutrition in the breast milk.
There is a reason no culture on earth has ever been Vegan.
