  That would be too fantastic.

  I don't even think that all these bureaucratic apparatus should exist, so anytime that one of them has its powers taken away, that's a win.

  One of the main points of having a republic is that the Republic can make decisions. Handing their jobs off to unelected bureaucrats means that they aren't doing their jobs.
