    I’m not interested in easing my anxiety, I’m interested in large scale systemic changes to economic policies that are the root cause of climate change

    Talking and addressing personal emotions and anxiety are important, but when I walk out of that cafe I’ll still be facing rising temperatures for the rest of my life while I watch the fifth ever mass extinction wipe out life on Earth.
