Makes you wonder. Did she lie from the beginning and now has to concede that she was wrong because the evidence is clear. Or is she so stupid that she actually believed what she said because she doesn’t understand basic mathematics.

I think she believed it. I think everyone was expecting a decision with deflation. Didn’t happen.
When we finally hit a bump in the road. It’s going to be bad.
