  I've said this many times before: The critical race theory these people do is fallacious logic. It starts with a conclusion and works its way back to justify itself rather than starting with data and trying to find a hypothesis that matches the data.

  You cannot win under such a theory because it is racist at its conception. Not just racist against whites, either. It insists people who are not white are pathetic losers, and the ones who aren't pathetic losers have "whiteness" which is why they aren't fitting into their shoehorned theory of everything and thus are not really whatever they are.

  It's pure evil.
