NGL, I can also see a potential for non malicious problems.
You can't get parts. You can't find tradesmen to hire. You can't hire contractors. Meanwhile, you're under the gun from a bunch of WFH despots who don't even need to be there, and they're all demanding record production.
This is a recipe for fires.
