This is mostly good. That said, I can think of the problem of coerced abortions. If you can't bully a woman into getting abortions because of the law, there is little to keep a violent BF/spouse from stomping the unborn out of them.

Absolutely huge news but somehow it seems not very pressing in the shadow of the Texas ban. Really, the amount of land in the US going pro-life is staggering.
There's a revolution underway.
I think the left will try to strike it down via SCOTUS and have no other idea of what they can do to counter it, hence the relative silence.
