They are the only two pages/groups on my throwaway Fbook account, literally just to read their posts.... ...and my feed is totally empty, even though I can see on their pages that their is new content

I made a throw away account to look at facebook market place and facebook literally banned my account without me ever posting. I have no idea why. Complete trash website.

I shadowbanned facebook by deleting my account. If enough people did that it would hurt them.

I deleted my 16 year old personal account that I used everyday. But if I want a feed to popular channels like Crowder... what to do ? They are only on Fuckbook and Shitter. I already deleted my Shitter personal account too.
Maybe they have an RSS option somewhere.
They should join Wolfballs gang ;)

fwiw, there are twitter to fediverse bridges that gather content from twitter and make it available on your mastodon or pleroma account.
