  Strange how companies are in a hurry to kill their customer base.

  I have a theory. Forcing 50% of company boards to be women not based on merit but gender is the reason. You don't see this behavior in countries where 'patriarchy' merit based leadership act for company profit, rather than 'compassion'

  Performance based companies don't do this, only diversity hire companies do.
