  So "it's true but we don't like it" is "disinformation".

  I mean, any look at the numerous "fact checks" that start with "while it is true that [thing we are saying is false]," should have tipped people off to it long ago, apparently it's CIA policy too.

  Which makes me have to ask: why exactly are we paying these people?
