Not an anti-vaxxer, but it should be clear the state bypassing parents is dangerous.
Even if you agree with this instance, what about when the people you disagree with use this as precedent to implement a policy you hate? It's a Pandora's box that should never be opened.

I should also point out that the religious exemption is a bit bunk in this case. "I don't want my kid taking something that might hurt them based on similar substances hurting them in the past" shouldn't need the hand of an almighty deity behind it to be obvious.
