Wtf? Who gives this kind of information to an OS?
People who want to track their health.
An operating system. An app? Fair enough. An OS? Are you out of your mind?
You need to rephrase your question then. This is an API which is used by a running process/app. I figured you were just using language casually but now I honestly don’t know what you’re talking about.
