Same here. If I start around 12pm-ish, it’s totally and I guess nobody would even bother if I slept a little longer.
At my previous job I got my ass handed to me if I didn’t show up early in the morning, and no one cared that the office was at the ass-end of the world or that I put in a night shift the day before…it was horrible.
