Comment on Indian start-up Yes Madam fires employees who indicated being stressed in the survey
lunarul@lemmy.world 1 week agoThe only thing I could find is that Yes Madam is a real company and that the sender is indeed the HR head of that company. So if it’s fake, someone kept the header and signature of a real email. Or maybe a real email sent on April 1st? I have a hard time believing that this is real (not that a company wouldn’t do this, but the fact that they would admit to it so blatantly like it’s not a bad thing).

I don’t even know what you were citing, but now that the news is out let this be a lesson to not just take everything in the news for granted. All the slop outlets were just reading the same screenshot in this post verbatim and did no original reporting.
