AA5B@lemmy.world 2 weeks agoHey, anecdotal, but you might not have to … the one time I succeeded in losing wait, they encouraged me to eat breakfast and it did seem to help. Without breakfast, my metabolism was slower - mornings were miserable. With breakfast, I became much more odor a morning person, plus better at moderating lunch or snacks. Of course I eat breakfast now also, when I’m no longer fit
