Sure, OK. But it’s not a universal observation. Leaving off “to me” makes it so. That commenter didn’t sound that way to me. See how that works?

People are allowed to state their opinions. It’s often up to people to intuit cases of obvious opinion and we know whose opinion it is by observing who is speaking. See how that works?
