    I find the punchline hits better when it’s repeated with the new context but that’s subjective of course. It’s how it was done in the original meme too from what I can tell.

      It’s supposed to be subtly different. The point is to something like:

      1. Anakin says x
      2. Padme: of course you will do (best/good case)?
      3. Anakin: (ㆆ_ㆆ)
      4. Padme: You will at least do (minimum to be good) right?
      5. (Implication that anakin will not even do that)
