Be patient bro. It does heal, but the damned wrist takes a long time. Same with the knee.
How bad was the fall ? In my case, I was doing some kind of flip on concrete, but it went wrong and I landed with 80kg of my body weight on the one wrist.
My ankle took several years to be painless. Had the accident in 2016, and only 2020 did it stop hurting all the time.
You probably already know this, but there is also scar formation inside the joint, depending on the genetics of the person. I scar a lot, and the scars inside my ankle were the reason why the pain lasted for years.
The joint should heal in a few more months, but you'd still need to keep rehabbing it for a few months to a year in case you are the kind of person that scars easily. They have to keep being broken up to prevent stiffness & pain in surroundings.
