Since others answered already I’ll just add that if you’re on iOS or macOS I highly recommend netnewswire.com for an RSS reader. It’s a fantastic, free and open source app. It doesn’t require an account or third party server to use for your feeds.

Seconded! Amazing app. I noted in my own comment you might have to go somewhere else for discovery since there’s no in-app search, but as a reader it’s near perfect.
