Because he is. I went down a little rabbit hole about him over the last couple days and he literally doesn’t clean anything, not even himself.
Here’s a house tour another channel did it his home and it’s… something.

Yeah I just figured that out today after watching him try to eat fruit on Emiru’s channel and seeing a big neon OTK sign on the wall
