iamtanmay@wolfballs.com 2 years agoCapsaicin ? Pepper spray ?
How was it delivered ? There won't be enough time to deliver it via skin, orally etc, so I imagine they inject it directly into the heart ?

if they're too advanced it probably won't help but:

I know anecdotally I can feel cayenne "liven me up" if I'm stressed, like can feel something positive in the chest, but it's also anecdotes so may only help so much

If I am dying of a heart attack, I'd try anything. But, I didn't know you had enough time to make and drink a cup of tea.
Capsaicin affects your nerves directly. It makes them sensitive to heat, and your own body heat is too much and makes you feel like you are on fire.
It could be that it creates a "shock" to the system, resetting the misfiring heart nerves, i.e. arrythmia. That's what you do with a defibrillator, try to reset the rythm of the heart muscle by shocking the chest. No one really understands how that works either.

simpler than that, just put it in water and drink, they sell cayenne flavored water drinks at stores, or you could put some in the mouth and swish with water to take it down - probably won't go down dry

That's some good info you got there pal. Even if its not 100% certain that it works, like I said even the Defibrillators that every ambulance/hospital uses across the world, is a mystery. They only work maybe ~20% of the time, not like in the movies. They are really a last resort.
Plus, no one knows why they work. They have to be at a certain diagonal position on the chest, and then they have a chance of resetting the rythm. Life/Nature/Biology is a mysterious and beautiful thing.
Thanks for the tip
