    Capsaicin ? Pepper spray ?

    How was it delivered ? There won't be enough time to deliver it via skin, orally etc, so I imagine they inject it directly into the heart ?

      if they're too advanced it probably won't help but:

      I know anecdotally I can feel cayenne "liven me up" if I'm stressed, like can feel something positive in the chest, but it's also anecdotes so may only help so much
