just_another_person@lemmy.world 5 days agoYou’re not wrong, but you’re clearly not right. He’s an educator, and isn’t claiming he’s taught at the college level, but is of the same education to do so. I assume you take issue with the title of his YouTube channel. Like if I called myself “Captain Dipshit”, but have never served in the Navy.

If he called himself Professor Dipshit, I would be happier. Not because I think he’s a dipshit, but because it would make clearer that the title professor is not to be taken seriously.
In any case, it’s not his title that is the problem. It’s the low quality of his takedown. The Tyson video in the other comment accomplishes more in fewer words.
