Yes, you might have read my comment above clearly noting exceptions. The bulk of weapons going to Israel are purchased by Israel. Whenever you hear something like âthe Biden Admin is sending a $50 billion arms package to Israel,â thatâs Israel buying weapons, because Congress has to approve gifts/aid.
