This might sound blunt, but you need to grow up and accept that you need to wake up on time. Missing three alarms every day is childish.

I think you have this backwards.
You are the one who is diagnosing and saying that it is only a case of get more sleep. I’m saying, look further, it could be a medical issue. Don’t just take the easy way and claim it isn’t anything other than need more sleep.
