Pea666@feddit.nl 10 months agoHe’s a big shot within Scientology. A cult which is linked to structural physical and mental abuse as well as blackmailing, stalking and suspicious disappearance of (former) members.
He’s not just a member though, he’s supposedly just below the current head honcho.

Yeah I knew that actually. Thought it was something more. But maybe it’s bad enough, I don’t know much about it.

It’s enough for me and it’s up to everyone to decide for themselves wether or not they can separate the art from the artist.
With Tom Cruise, it’s ongoing. It’d be different if it were some thing he was involved with in the past that he had now distanced himself from for example.
