I don’t think you really the point of this thing.

The point is people are free to join the instances and communities they care to see, and if it’s that piss, puss, and blood, they’re welcome to it.

And if the instance is regularly showing you stuff you don’t want, you can join one that doesn’t, or even make your own and cut it out yourself.
