OP is a brand new (20 minutes old) troll account just trying to stir up trouble. Given that these shiny new accounts keep threatening Lemmy instance operators, it’s starting to look like Reddit is desperate.

I am concerned for the future of this instance. Nobody has disproved my point in the main post. Lemmy.world is serving porn and porn is against Hetzner’s TOS.

No it isnt. Unless there are porn communities on lemmy.world, it is not serving porn. Only the porn instances are serving porn

Indeed. The key word is “publish”. Social media companies and their legal teams have been fairly effective at influencing the thinking around who exactly is doing the publishing when something is posted.
