If any other group did similar things to Israel, it would also meet the qualification. Saying a colonial state is somehow special is silly. It’s people, living on land. Why they arrived there is largely irrelevant, when all of us colonized the whole Earth from Africa at a distant point in the past. Palestinians and Israelis, along with everyone else, are native to Africa, not the Middle East. Everything else is arbitrary. While we could all move back to Africa and leave the rest of Earth to the rest of the animal kingdom, I doubt current-day Africans would be very appreciative.
