Comment on Democratic California State Lawmaker Switches to Republican Party
BobaFuttbucker@reddthat.com 3 months agoI didn’t say it wasn’t, it’s just indicative of her priorities being aligned more with reelection chances than actual policy, which honestly is a great fit for the Republican Party right now.

That’s how politicians work. They are always trying To be reflected.

Oh I know, it’s no surprise.
That doesn’t make it ok though.
For as much as you dunked on him while he was the candidate, at least Biden had the sense to back out for the good of the party. I don’t know if a single Republican (or Democrat, for that matter) who would do that.

I think Biden was forced out which is sad. As a person, he’s a much better person than Kamala. Hell if he ran in the 90’s I might have voted for Joe. He was a pretty conservative guy back then.

Regardless of how he came to that conclusion, he did it. That takes balls.
I agree he’s not the right candidate, and am happy he withdrew from the campaign, and trust me I have my issues with how he’s done some things, but he’s really come a long way for the better since the 90’s. Prouda him ❤️
Name another politician that would set their ego and stance as President aside for the good of the country and the party. Just one.
