Comment on How can I message someone in a community I was banned from to delete my messages? So I can quit seeing 15 messsages all at once? I really don't know why lemmy world can't look into my account and see

  Banned just means you can’t post to the community, you should be able to still see it and the Sidebar. The Mods should be listed in the sidebar.

  Alternately, view the community without being logged in.

  You should still be able to see the moderators of the community who banned you. 

  You have to manually click on each moderator’s name to then send them a DM explaining your issues, if I understood @jordanlund@lemmy.world correctly.
