That’s not just camouflage, that’s a full-blown urban ghillie suit.
Again to be clear, this is separate from being anywhere within a 5-mile range of Walmart, where entirely different rules apply:-). For that, the clothing is more… optional.

I’m within 5 miles of a Wal-Mart and – this is true – currently not dressed. So that checks out.
(I’m at home, though.)
