Oh it’s not a language quirk, it’s a browser extension that allows users to change thumbnails and titles of YouTube videos to make them less obnoxious.

Wow! I didn’t know such an extension exists! I should give it a try. Thank you! Searching for “DeArrowing” instead of “DeArrow” threw my results off.

At least for me this is what I get when trying to install it. I have to request free access manually. I don’t like that business model.
