I never understood why people serve food like this? When ever I get a dish like this, the first thing I do is disassemble it so i can actually fucking eat it.
I get its visually appealing, but I am not 12 and i just want to eat a bagel.

I hate it when food looks attractive like that because it almost always tastes disappointing.
