Rough. I usually smash some cold and flu decongestant if itâs that bad or put on my humidifier while sleeping.

Its nearly 2am, I am exhausted and yet I canât sleep because of this stupid cough. Feels like Iâve always got a tickle in my chest and canât breathe fully but when I do cough hard, all that ever comes out are the tiniest bits of phlegm. Never had this level of respiratory discomfort. Doctors appointment when I wake up, I think.
